Machine Guns & Collector NFA Items

We maintain a rotating inventory of transferable full-autos and rare collectibles, and can also help locate specific models for serious buyers and collectors.

We Handle the Process For You
We’re here to make it easy, legal, and stress-free, so you can enjoy the next level of firearms ownership.
NFA trusts vs. individual filings

Choose to register your NFA item under your name- or set up a firearms trust that allows multiple responsible parties (family members, partners, etc.) to legally possess the item. We’ll explain the pros, cons, and help you determine which route is right for your situation.

Fingerprinting and Form 4 paperwork

Every NFA purchase requires a Form 4 application and fingerprint cards for ATF background processing. We’ll prepare and walk you through all required documentation- saving you time, confusion, and headaches.

Tax stamp purchases

Each suppressor, SBR, or machine gun requires a $200 federal tax stamp. We’ll submit it on your behalf during the filing process and ensure you get timely confirmation and tracking.

ATF e-file submissions

We use the ATF’s digital e-file system to submit your paperwork electronically- cutting wait times significantly compared to older mail-in forms.

Secure in-store storage during the approval wait

While your NFA item is waiting on approval, we keep it safely locked and secured here at Backwater- ensuring it’s protected until your tax stamp is issued and you’re cleared to take it home.
